Situated in said county said tract of land is bounded as follows, on east by land of Mary Cogan & heirs, on south of lands of David Harrison, on west by lands of David Harrison, on north by lands of the late Jesse Terry.  Now owned by Letitia Terry, also the following named Slaves to wit, Big George, Mary Ann, Linda, Wesley, Ann, Tom, Walker, Sambo, Lucinda, Joe, Mary and child Buck, Louisa, Nelson, Margret and child Aaron, Susan, Lit George, Cilery, Mathew and Susans baby, Sally & Blunk and her child & Felix, Rachel, Jane. 4 Negroes Henry, Tennessee, Peter, Sally & child I wish them to go to Florence & Betty Fagle.  29 Negroes to our son John H. D. Scott
